Aquascape Designs, we wanted to find a unique way to recognize and promote our loyal customers; our
greatest reward is helping you find a path to grow your business and to see you succeed. This is just another
bonus of the Aquascape Support Team. Not everyone initially will meet all the requirements, but we encourage
you to apply so we can help set you on the road to success.

- We have developed a group e-mail idea exchange service exclusively for Certified Aquascape Contractors

- The exclusive right to use the Certified Aquascape Contractor logo in any of your marketing materials.

What are the criteria of certification?
- Please explain why you should be part of the Certified Contractor Program in 500 words
- Proof of past attendance (invoice or Pro Pond Distributor sign off of attendance) of each of the following events hosted by Aquascape Designs or an
Authorized ProPond Distributor: Standard Build A Pond Day, Advanced Build A Pond Day, and a Build A Pondlesstm Waterfall Day. All three BAP days
must be attended for your understanding of our complete product line. This will depend on locations and available Build A Pond Days in your area.
- When new BAP days are created, all CACs are required to attend within 1 year. Information will be sent on any new events.
Please remember as always you can use your kissbucks to cover the cost of any new Build A Pond Day that is required.
- Pictures of at least three ponds you have constructed using the complete Aquascape Designs Ecosystem. Please include 5
pictures of each pond in a JPEG format on a CD, if you can. Pictures must clearly show:
- 1 photo of the skimmer being installed
- 1 photo of the BIOFALLS™ filter being installed
- 1 photo showing rocks, gravel, edges, and aquatic material
- 1 photo of a completed pond
- 1 photo of a landscaped pond
- Five customer letters of reference are required, since the Certified Aquascape Contractor Program’s main goal is customer service.
Please note that these customers will be called by the review board. Please use the attached form for your referral letters.
- Signature on an exclusive agreement that all ponds installed by your company will only be constructed using components purchased from
Aquascape Designs and it’s ProPond Distributors. ADI will be tracking purchases from all CACs.
- If you are a customer of a ProPond Distributor, their signature as an endorsement of you is required on your application.
What would cause us to remove the Certified Aquascape Contractor from the program?
- Misrepresenting the Aquascape Designs product line and installing other systems while installing a referred pond.
- Poor customer service.
- Not following up on sales leads provided by Aquascape Designs, Inc. or the ProPond Distributor.
- Delinquent in payments to Aquascape Designs, Inc. or the ProPond Distributor.
- Not following the guidelines of 100% commitment to Aquascape Designs, Inc.
- If we realize you are not purchasing all Aquascape Designs kit components

customer service, and knowledgeable assistance.” By offering our "Certified Aquascape Contractor” program, we feel we are leading you down the road to
become a part of our dreams, share in our passions, and continue your way on to success. Our ultimate goal is to help you succeed in the water garden industry.
